I believe food brings comfort, joy and excitement to everyone. It’s one of the great pleasures of life. I also think great food comes from all over the world. Infusing traditional and classic comfort food with great flavors from global cuisine is one of the things I love to do!

I like to call myself "The Spice Man.” I have learned so much about spices, the different varieties available all over the world and have experimented greatly with what spices go well with beef, chicken, pork, seafood and other ingredients. It’s what gives my food the WOW factor.
